"I am writing this to tell you about how much I like your program, CSWeb. I installed it about six weeks ago when I found out my 14 year old daughter had been chatting with a man on the Internet that I suspect is a child molester. I suspected that she would still talk to him even after I told her she couldn't. CSWeb has made it possible for me to make sure she doesn't talk to him again when I added his name, e-mail. etc to the library of words.
The program appears to work flawlessly. It captured an AOL instant message from the man I didn't want her to talk to and I was able to confront her with it. Since there has been no further communication in several weeks, I feel certain that she is no longer talking to this particular man. It also enables me to find out if this sort of thing happens again."
